1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and lvjili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the services, games, and features available at lvjili.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature on lvjili — whether through a desktop browser or a mobile device — you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. This includes any amendments published on the platform from time to time.
If you are accessing lvjili on behalf of a third party, or using another person's account with their knowledge, both parties are considered to have accepted these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
To use lvjili, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You are at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for online gaming participation in the Philippines.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person and are playing with your own funds.
- You do not currently have a self-exclusion agreement in effect with lvjili or any affiliated platform.
- You have not been previously barred from lvjili for any reason related to fraud, misconduct, or violation of these Terms.
lvjili reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any point. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account. We do not make exceptions to the age requirement under any circumstances.
3. Account Registration
Each person may hold only one (1) active account on lvjili. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending investigation.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If lvjili discovers that the information provided is false or misleading, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. lvjili may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any stage of account activity. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.
4. Deposits & Payments
All deposits and transactions on lvjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept the following payment methods for deposits:
- GCash and Maya (instant processing)
- GrabPay and Coins.ph
- InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit)
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Deposits are credited to your lvjili wallet once cleared by the payment provider. lvjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All funds deposited must be from payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's payment account to fund your lvjili wallet is not permitted and may trigger a fraud review. lvjili complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any ongoing verification requirements.
Withdrawals will only be paid to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. If this is not possible, our support team will work with you to find a verified alternative.
lvjili reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above ₱50,000. In such cases, you may be asked to provide government-issued identification and proof of address. These checks are routine and not a reflection of any wrongdoing on your part.
Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover conditions applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
lvjili offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. These may include welcome bonuses, reload offers, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period.
- Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without completing the applicable rollover.
- Using multiple accounts or coordinating bets across accounts to exploit bonuses will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts being suspended.
- lvjili reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
For the Refer a Friend programme, the referrer and the referred member must both comply with these Terms. Bonuses from referrals will only be credited once the referred member has made a qualifying deposit and completed the minimum play-through requirement.
7. Betting Rules
All bets placed on lvjili are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. For sports betting, the following general rules apply:
- Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
- If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific settlement rules for that market. In most cases, stakes are returned as a void bet if the event does not take place within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- lvjili reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market at its discretion.
- In the event of a palpable error in odds (i.e., odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error), lvjili reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
- For live/in-play betting, the odds displayed are as accurate as possible given the real-time nature of the market. However, slight delays in data feeds may occur, and bets placed during such delays may be voided.
For casino and slot games, the rules specific to each game apply and are displayed within the game interface. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available upon request from our support team.
8. Fair Play Policy
lvjili is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive game format.
- Use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tool to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in games.
- Chip dumping or any coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.
- Any form of match-fixing or providing inside information for betting purposes.
We use monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns and gameplay anomalies. If your account is flagged for investigation, lvjili may temporarily freeze your account and request information before a determination is made. We aim to resolve all investigations within five (5) business days.
9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

- Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, service interruptions, or errors outside our reasonable control.

lvjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Violation of any section of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
- Providing false registration information.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration body as specified by the applicable regulatory authority.
